Located in a serene place surrounded by tall trees, this hotel provided a picturesque setting for our vacation. The staff was friendly and made our stay even more comfortable by offering hot water bags and electric heaters to combat the chilly weather. One of the best aspects was the restaurant which served delicious Chinese cuisine. , the hotel was close to the townsite, making it convenient for us to explore the attractions.

We also found the room to be not so clean and a bit dated. the hotel was far from the city center, which took extra time and transportation costs to get around.

Its central location makes it convenient for exploring the town and its surroundings. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. the staff is courteous and efficient, ensuring a pleasant experience. the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the mountains and lush greenery, providing a serene atmosphere.

Some rooms may not meet the expectations set by the website, but an upgraded room can be requested.

Convenient location for exploring the area. The view of Mount Siniolchu was amazing! It was great that the Bagdogra airport wasn't too far away. Couldn't find any faults, would definitely come back anytime. 🏔️

Stayed at this hotel during Christmas and had a great time. the rooms were well-furnished and the staff was friendly and attentive. the location was perfect as it was only a short walk away from popular tourist areas. the view of the snowy peaks from the window was breathtaking. the food at the hotel was absolutely delicious!

That the hotel lacked an elevator, making it difficult to carry luggage up and down the flights of stairs.

From my room, I was treated to a breathtaking view of the majestic Mount Kunchenjunga, which was truly awe-inspiring. The hotel's location is also a major advantage, as it is away from the hustle of the main street, yet still quite close to all the attractions. This made it convenient for me to explore the beautiful area of this city and visit the nearby tourist places. Additionally, the staff, especially Nipun at the front office, were extremely helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable.
